Insurance For VPBank Hanoi Marathon 2022 Runners

Nearly 10,000 runners who will compete at the VPBank Hanoi Marathon 2022, Vietnam's leading professional race, will have insurance benefits of up to VND 20 million (USD 846).

Besides, to ensure the highest safety for runners, the Race Organizing Committee will arrange 11 fixed medical stations on the track, 1 large station at the Finish line area along with mobile medical staff.

The VPBank Hanoi Marathon 2022 is Vietnam's first race with a team of volunteers who have medical expertise totalling up to nearly 200 people.

The VPBank Hanoi Marathon 2022 is also the race with the countyr's largest number of Full Marathon runners (42,195 km), totalling up to 3,000 runners.

In order for runners to receive the best support, as well as the highest safety in the marathon, the ROC requires runners to use the official Bib.

The ROC is not responsible when runners intentionally use illegal Bibs, bearing someone else's name.

Runners may be invited out of the track if the ROC detects the unauthorized use of Bib.

With just over two weeks left before the runners' festival takes place, the ROC of the VPBank Hanoi Marathon 2022 wish runners good physical strength to achieve PRs and PBs.

Held annually since 2018, the VPBank Hanoi Marathon has become Hanoi’s official race and won recognition to be a member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) since 2019, with a running track standardized by AIMS experts and the Vietnam Athletics Federation. The VPBank Hanoi Marathon has joined the Age Group Ranking System of Abbott World Marathon Majors. VPBank Hanoi Marathon results can be used to qualify at any of the World Six Majors, including the prestigious Boston Marathon.
