To operate the event smoothly and ensure the quality adheres to Standard Chartered Marathon’s code, we need 2,380 personnels to manage various positions such as Racekit/Medal/Locker, route security, medical, water, Start-Finish line personnel, logistics, and referees.

The Crew/Volunteer personnel also represents the organizers on race day, playing an integral part in the success and experience of every athlete during and after the event. Become a Crew/Volunteer at the Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race 2024 and get a chance to meet some of Vietnam’s elite runners, while also experience the euphoria of being in a world class event.

Crew Requirements:

• •    Over 18 years of age, sports enthusiast, good health
• •    Professional, diligent, proactive and honest
• •    Skills in group management, planning and time-management
• •    Have previous experience in the applied position in at least 2 different events of at least 5,000 participants in each event; or 3 different events of at least 3,000 participants

• •    Eligible for medical insurance coverage on event day
• •    Eliglble for professional training

Volunteer Requirements :

• •    Over 18 years of age, sports enthusiast, good health
• •    Professional, diligent, proactive and honest
• •    Ability to work well in groups
• •    Prior experience of similar role in previous events of over 3,000 participants is an asset
