The Hanoi Marathon - Heritage Race 2023’s Organizing Committee has released the detailed route map for the October 15 Race Day.

The map includes the following starting and finishing points for the four distances, namely 5 km, 10 km, 21 km, and 42 km.

START: Đinh Tiên Hoàng Street, near Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre

FINISH: Hang Khay Street, at Trang Tien - Hang Khay intersection

20 Refreshment Points are located along the racing course, 01 at the Start area and 02 at the Finish area.

10 Cheering Stations located near RPs, managed by running clubs.

15 medical stations, including 14 along the route, 1 at the Finish line, along with medical teams on motorcycles.

20 portable toilets along the track, and 1 restroom each at the Start/Finish area

20 spots reserved for photographers to capture runners’ best moments.

Held annually since 2018, the Hanoi Marathon – Heritage Race has become Hanoi’s official race and won recognition to be a member of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS) since 2019, with a running track standardized by AIMS experts and the Vietnam Athletics Federation. The marathon has joined the Age Group Ranking System of Abbott World Marathon Majors. Hanoi Marathon – Heritage Race results can be used to qualify at any of the World Six Majors, including the prestigious Boston Marathon.
