The Race Organizing Committee of the Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon – Heritage Race comprises of the following members:

The Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports  is a specialized agency under the Hanoi People's Committee. Its functions include advising and assisting the municipal People's Committee in performing the state management of the fields of culture, family, physical training, sports and advertising in the city in accordance with the law.

The Department has legal status and falls under the management of the Hanoi City People's Committee, while it is also subject to the guidance, examination and inspection by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

In recent years, the Department has actively organized and licensed many cultural and art performing activities, physical training and sports, greatly contributing to building a civilized capital in the eyes of domestic and international tourists.

The Vietnam Athletics Federation (VAF), established in 1962, is a professional social organization, gathering excellent professionals of the country's athletics.
Over the past nearly 60 years, VAF has made strong strides and has become a member of the Association of Asian Athletics Federations (AAA) and the International Association of Athletics Federation (IAAF).
The Federation has always been proactive in expanding bilateral and multilateral relations, contributing to the development and success of Vietnam's athletics in regional and continental arenas.
Domestically, the Federation has been coordinating with the Athletics Department under the General Department of Sports and Physical Training to organize competitions in the national competition system, including the Hanoi Marathon - Heritage Race.

Established in 2007, DHA Vietnam Company Ltd is a professional agency with in-depth experiences in Event Management and Communications for both global and local businesses, corporations, governmental agencies, NGOs, banking and financial groups in Vietnam and, in particular, for sport events.
The company has successfully organized many sport events, such as Hoi An Walking days with over 5,000 participants, a series of fun-run events named Happy Color Run in several big cities and provinces of Vietnam (Hanoi, Hai Phong, Danang, Nha Trang) with the participation of over 12,000 young people as well as a number of marathons across the country.
They include Halong Bay Run in 2014, Halong Bay Half Marathon in 2015, Halong Bay Heritage Marathon in 2016-2020 and 2022; Hanoi International Heritage Marathon 2018, VPBank Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race 2019, VPBank Hanoi Marathon ASEAN 2020 và VPBank Hanoi Marathon 2021-2022, Hanoi Marathon - Heritage Race 2023, Can Tho Marathon - Heritage Race 2019, 2022, 2023.
Furthermore, DHA has supported and consulted multi-national corporations, governmental organizations, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) of wide varieties.
DHA is experienced in developing proposals and event management for international and regional conferences (MICE services): from very first steps of bidding to lobbying activities and winning as the host country, attracting target participants, and smoothly operating as a tour agent for all logistic matters: visa application, flight booking, accommodation, transportation, workshop, conference, exhibition, parties, gala dinners and technical tours, as well as sightseeing tours.
